Still kettle for autoclaved aerated concrete bricks**-Product featurers:

1.The structural configuration of still kettle is in barrel cartridge typed steeled design.the kettle body is the main part of autoclave.

2.The end shield of Kettle is made out of an integral *6MnR pressed steel plate. An integral *6MnR steel plate are forged into the body flange and bung flange .The welding line of the pressed parts are all come up to  X-ray NO-DAMAGE-TEST AND HEAT TREATMENT OF STEEL PRODUCTS.

3.Equipped with perfect safety interlock protection device, it can avoid the misuse problems maximum and ensure the safety production and operation.

4.Two ways of opening. The door of kettles can be chosen through the side or the top. Especially switching on through side adopts flexible rolling underarm serve construction. It is more flexible and convenient with low-order operation. The end of lever connects with the door of kettles and the top of the door of kettles installs counterweight device .So it is convenient to open. Also, the side of still kettle takes little room.
